Users and permissions
Control who has access and what they can do.
You need Manage users permission.
View your team
Go to Admin → Manage users to see everyone with access.

Invite someone
Click Add member, enter their email, choose a file access role, and send the invitation.

They’ll get an email with login instructions.
File access
Every user gets a file access role that controls what they can do with files:
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Viewer | Sign in, browse, and preview files |
| Downloader | Browse, preview, and download original files |
| Editor | Upload, organize, share, and download files |
All roles can also browse Stages — users see every Stage in the account.
Additionally, you can grant:

| Manage tags | Create and edit tags |
| Manage users | Invite and manage team members |
Edit permissions
Click Roles next to a user to change their file access role and permissions. Changes take effect immediately.

Remove or restore access
- Remove: Click a user, then Revoke access
- Restore: Deactivated users appear at the bottom — click Reactivate
Activity history is preserved when someone is deactivated.
