Plans and storage
View your plan, check usage, and upgrade or downgrade.
Only the account owner can change plans.
View your plan
Go to Admin → Account.
Shows:
- Storage used — how much of your quota is in use
- Active users — team members with access
- Stages — shared portals you’ve created
Switch plans
Click Upgrade on any available plan.
Changes take effect immediately. New rate starts next billing cycle.
You need billing info on file to switch plans.
Can’t downgrade?
You can only switch to plans that fit your current usage. If a plan is unavailable, reduce storage, users, or stages first.
