Users and permissions
Control who has access and what they can do.
You need Manage users permission.
View your team
Go to Admin → Manage users to see everyone with access.

Invite someone
Click Add member, enter their email, choose permissions, and send the invitation.

They’ll get an email with login instructions.
Permissions
| Permission | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Manage files and stages | Upload, organize, and share files |
| Manage tags | Create and edit tags |
| Manage users | Invite and manage team members |
Users with no permissions have read-only access — they can view and preview files but can’t make changes.
Edit permissions
Click Roles next to a user to change their permissions. Changes take effect immediately.

Remove or restore access
- Remove: Click a user, then Revoke access
- Restore: Deactivated users appear at the bottom — click Reactivate
Activity history is preserved when someone is deactivated.
