Inbox
The Inbox lets anyone send files to your account without needing to log in. A secure alternative to email attachments.
Enable your Inbox
- Go to Admin in the navigation
- Click Inbox in the sidebar
- Toggle Enable Inbox on

Your Inbox URL appears on this page. Share this URL with anyone who needs to send you files.
You can add a description with instructions for senders.
What senders see

Senders see a simple upload form. To submit files:
- Drag files onto the page or click to select
- Enter their email address
- Add an optional description
- Click upload
- Confirm via the email link (valid for 24 hours)
Files appear in your Inbox only after email confirmation.
Review received files
Click Inbox in the navigation to see submissions.

Each submission shows the filename, sender email, description, and upload date.
Add files to your library
Select files and click Add to files to move them to your main library.

Approved files are automatically tagged with
Files in the Inbox do not count against your storage until you add them to your library.
Notifications
Configure who receives email notifications when files arrive:
- Notify everyone — All team members receive notifications
- Notify no one — No email notifications
- Notify specific people — Choose individual team members
