Registration

To enable us to provide you with the best possible service, certain personal information is collected when, for example, you contact us, visit our website or register with the Fluxiom service. Information collected in this way enables us to improve the content of our website and make our services even easier to use. 

Information collected in this way will be neither shared with nor sold to any other organizations except if so required to provide a service ordered by you or in the following circumstances:

Suspicion of misuse, illegal activities or violation of public interest, or breach of the Terms and Conditions of Use of our service.

If Fluxiom is purchased or taken over by another firm. In this case, you will be notified prior to the transfer of your data and informed of any changes to the Data Protection Guideline resulting from such purchase or takeover. If you don’t want your data, which are not necessary for the performance of your fluxiom.com plan, to be transferred to the purchasing firm, you will have the possibility to withdraw your agreement to process your data by sending an e-mail to [email protected].

Basic Account Information: In order to set up your account, we will need some basic information from you. As we require individuals to sign up for a fluxiom.com account we ask you to provide a username and email address

Transaction and Billing Information: If you subscribe to a fluxiom.com plan you will have to provide additional personal and payment information that is required to process the transaction and your payment. This information includes name, credit card information, contact information and VAT-ID number, if you have one.

Communicating with the Fluxiom Support Team: When contacting our Support or responding to surveys, you may also provide us with further information about the issue to enable us to answer your questions.

Technical, Usage and Location Information: We automatically collect information on how you interact with the Services, such as the IP address from which you access the Services, date and time, information about your browser, operating system and computer or device, pages viewed, and items clicked. We may also collect location information, including location information automatically provided by your computer or device. How We Use the Information We Collect

We use your information in the following ways:

  • To provide, maintain and improve our Services including to operate certain features and functionality of the Services (for example, by remembering your information so that you will not have to re-enter it during this or subsequent visits);
  • To process your inquiries and otherwise deliver customer service;
  • To process your payments, we share and use Payment Information as described at Payment Information;
  • To control unauthorized use or abuse of our Services, or otherwise detect, investigate or prevent activities that may violate our policies or be illegal;

Stored Data

You retain all rights to any data stored in the Fluxiom service by you. We will neither sell nor pass on this data to any third parties. We respect the data protection rights of the users of our service and their customers.

Cookies

Like many other web services, Fluxiom uses cookies. A cookie is a packet of information sent by a web server to a browser, which is then sent back by the browser each time it accesses that web server. The use of cookies is a prerequisite for using Fluxiom services.

We use cookies to offer you a better browsing experience, analyze site traffic, personalize content, and serve targeted advertisements. 

Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. We do also provide a limited amount of your information (such as your email address) to Crisp IM SAS (“Crisp”) and utilize Crisp to collect data for analytics purposes when you visit our website or use our product. Crisp analyzes your use of our website and/or product and tracks our relationship so that we can improve our service to you. We also use Crisp as a medium for communications, either through email, or through messages within our product(s). As part of our service agreements, Crisp collects publicly available contact and social information related to you, such as your email address, gender, company, job title, photos, website URLs, social network handles and physical addresses, to enhance your user experience. Remarketing

We are using Google, Inc. (“Google”) remarketing features to display ads on the Google Display Network (GDN). That is, Google may deliver our ads on sites across the web which are related to a former visit of you to our site. This is done by creating visitors lists based on stored cookies in your browser. In no case we will link personal information to these ads. If you would like to opt out of Google’s use of cookies you might want to visit the Ads Preferences Manager. You can also use Google Analytics’ currently available opt-outs for the web.

We use the Twitter conversion and remarketing tag. Additional information about privacy control can be found on Twitter. Twitter also offers a Do Not Track (DNT) privacy preference.

Payment Information

When you make a purchase on the Services, any credit card information you provide as part of your Payment Information is collected and processed directly by our payment processor Stripe. We at no time receive or store your full credit card information. Stripe commits to complying with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) and using industry standard security. Stripe may use your Payment Information in accordance with their own Privacy Policy here: https://stripe.com/privacy.

Your Controls and Choices

Opt-Outs: We may provide you with the opportunity to “opt-out” of having your personal information used for certain purposes when we ask for this information. If you decide to opt-out, we may not be able to provide the Services to you.

You may at any time withdraw your consent to keep your personal data which are not necessary for the performance of your fluxiom.com plan by sending an e-mail to [email protected]

Communication Preferences: If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included on such communications or on the Services. Please note, however, that you may be unable to opt-out of certain service-related communications. 

Security

The security of your personal information is important to us. We maintain a variety of appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information. We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs. Further, we have implemented reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect personal information about you. 

When you enter sensitive information (such as your password), we encrypt that information in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption technology. No method of transmission over the Internet, method of electronic storage or other security methods are one hundred percent secure. Therefore, while we strive to use reasonable efforts to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Disclosure

Furthermore, we can also disclose information about you if we have reason to believe that such disclosure is in the interest of national security, law enforcement or other public interest or if your activities violate the Terms and Conditions of User of our services.

Changes

Wollzelle reserves the right to change the Data Protection Guidelines if so required. Users of our service will be notified of any significant changes by e-mail and/or a corresponding notice and updated version of the Data Protection Guidelines published on the Fluxiom website.
