Find files
Fluxiom search is designed to narrow, not rank. Every filter you add reduces the results — there’s no fuzzy matching or relevance scoring. You get exactly what matches.
How search works
All filters combine with AND. Each one narrows the results further:
- Start broad — all files in your account
- Add tags — narrow by meaning
- Add text — narrow by name, description, or metadata
- Inspect — find what you need, don’t scroll endlessly
Click the search bar to see available filters:

Tags
Your tags are the primary way to narrow search. They express meaning — not just keywords.
See Organize with tags for how to think about tagging.
System tags
Built-in filters for common needs:
-
My assets — files you uploaded
-
Today Last week — recent activity
-
Images Videos Documents — file types
-
Untagged — files with no custom tags
AI labels
For images, Fluxiom detects content automatically. These labels appear alongside system tags and help you find images by what’s in them.
Text search
Type to search by:
- File name
- Title and description
- Metadata like IPTC and EXIF
Text search is exact — “contract” finds “contract” and “contracts”, but not “agreement”.
Full-text search
Search inside file contents — PDFs, Office documents, and more.
- Type your search term
- Click the ABC button to include file contents
Full-text search is available on select plans.
Example
To find approved files:
- Click the search bar
- Click
Approved
Results show only files with that tag.

Clear filters
Click × on any filter to remove it, or click the × at the end of the search bar to clear everything.
