Before you cancel
- Export your data
- Consider downgrading instead
Cancel your account
- Go to Admin → Account
- Click Cancel account
- Enter your password
- Click Cancel account
Only the account owner can cancel.
What happens
- Account and data become unavailable immediately
- Everything deleted within 7 days
- No further charges (existing charges still apply)
You’ll get a confirmation email.
