With the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, DSGVO in German) which will come into effect on May, 25 2018, we are right in the process of preparing Fluxiom, our digital asset management service to be compliant with the new regulations.
We will be compliant with the GDPR (DSGVO) in time on or before May, 25 2018. All our services are hosted in Austria, Europe.
What does this mean for you?
We will bring our security and privacy statements in line with the requirements of the GDPR, including details about where your data is saved, and which security processes will protect your data. And we will be making them clearer and easier to understand. We are reviewing our internal data practices to be sure that our processes are compliant.
